Essentially Women is excited for Focus Conference 2023! We are looking forward to a great conference, and we hope you'll take part as an exhibitor, a sponsor - or both! Contracted vendor partners of Essentially Women will have the first choice of booth space and sponsorship opportunities.

Exhibit Hall Space:

• 10x10 EW Participating Vendor Space: $800
• 10x10 Non-Participating Vendor Space: $1,600

Booth Space Includes: 

• 2 exhibitor badges
• 6-foot draped and skirted table
• 2 folding chairs
• 1 wastebasket
• 1 ID sign
• Eligibility to participate in raffle giveaway

Each Additional 10x10 Participating Vendor Space: $400
Each Additional 10x10 Non-Participating Vendor Space: $500
Additional Exhibitor Badges: $100 each
CEU Badges for Exhibitors: $100 each

All exhibit hall booth space and sponsorships must be paid in full by December 5, 2022.

Exhibit Hall Space Eligibility

Booth space will be assigned first to EW participating vendors. Essentially Women shall have the sole right to determine the eligibility of exhibit materials, including but not limited to companies, products, and digital materials, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, pdfs and links, raffle giveaways, and all other exhibition features and activities.

Termination by Essentially Women

Essentially Women may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason, and upon such termination, shall be liable only for the amount actually paid to Essentially Women by the exhibitor for renting exhibit space at the event.

Exhibit or Sponsor Registration Cancellation Policy

Exhibit space or sponsorship is reserved upon receipt of a completed application and full payment. Written notice of cancelation is required and must be sent directly to Nikki Jensen at [email protected]. A 50% refund will be granted for written cancelations received before Dec. 5, 2022. No refunds after this date. Exhibit booth space and sponsorships must be paid in full by Dec. 5, 2022.
